My review is for the app trainer and overall ecosystem It s easy to get started and talk to a coach to start workout Vlad my personal trainer is always encouraging resourceful and always there to guide and help I would say it s better than face to face personal trainer except if you don t know the form and posture of weight training but you don t have to have access to weights to use the app the personal trainer will adjust to your equipments your needs and your goals There are numerous trainers you can choose from and I highly recommend my personal trainer Vlad and Fitmo as a platform for working out and challenging yourself When I do the workout each timed exercise has a timer and I can view the exercises before starting and leave feedback after the workout for Vlad I wish the app had my workout on the Apple Watch and a more comprehensive reference and library of exercises and instructions but I hope the developers would add those features soon                     True remote personal trainer A. Although the trainer selection isn t as robust as billed it s a great app My trainer Johanna is very communicative and provides me with new and varying workouts every other day I suffered a serious knee injury about a year ago and wasn t sure how to work out without damaging it and having more pain I knew I couldn t do the cookie cutter P90x knee pounding workouts Johanna is able to take the equipment which I have access and send me workouts through the app The workouts are great After a month I love it                     Best Fitness Decision I ve Made in Years Chewy20

This has been an amazing way to get a customized workout that offers all the benefits of a personal trainer without the massive price tag Also I don t have access to a gym I live in the middle of nowhere so my coach through here is able to come up with workouts for me that use only the equipment I have available to me as well as taking into account any injuries He also provides accountability which is extremely helpful when you workout at home as well as nutritional tips                 Fantastic alternative to pricey personal gym trainers Aringirl

I downloaded this yesterday but can t use it Every time I try to enter my height and other personal details it crashes I uninstalled reinstalled but no luck UI is nice but you need to fix the stability issues or a pretty app is no help at all         Unusuable snugpanda
