Ive been using Fitlist for about a year now and have found that its the best weight training log app available for iOS The UI is clean and user friendly Great updates too Thankfully this developer hasnt abandoned the app like others have with regards to fitness apps in the App Store Also I really like the having the option to download my last set results into that same exercise I plan to perform as well as the autorest timers once a set it completed UPDATE The app has gotten even better with the latest update along with Apple Watch integration It has become an even better gym companion for tracking my training results and time on my Apple Watch The interface quite intuitive and well laid out Keep up the good work Fitlist team and I look forward the things you all will do with access to the accelerometer once Apple green lights                 Solid
I like this app a lot because its simple I wanted an app that was a good record keeper of my exercises to help me see how I did before and if I am progressing This app does that very well I like how I can bring up previous exercises in current exercises to see how I did the last time Having a timer is great too though I seem to have to tap that a few times to be able to select a set number of seconds It would be nice if I could put in times like I do reps for cardio exercises since I like to do short bursts sometimes Great app with what they already have                 Simply Great

Since my last review Ive been talking with the developer regarding my crashing issues I must say that i was impressed at how fast the developer contacted me once I sent an email The issues seems to have been resolved The updated interface with the Apple Watch is great Big improvement over prior releases Ive been able to once again use Fitlist on my Apple Watch keep it in synch with my iPhone Lastest release has made it easier to use the Apple Watch to record the number of reps and weight for each exercise The swipe to the next exercise feature is smoother also Ive also noticed better screen responsiveness when input exercise information Im excited to see what is in store when Apple Watch 20 OS comes out this Fall I do have a very large exercise routine list which did reveal a glitch in the Apple OS yes a bug in the OS but the work around was simple Swipe to the next exercises instead of using the dial to move                 Updated review
Im pretty new to using fitlist however Id say the app is simple intuitive and easytouse I can log my workouts with no problem and earning rewards points is kind of cool that way I can donate to charities just by working out Its also nice to see that the developer continuously updates to make sure the app runs smoothly overall great application and I will continue using it              Simple and intuitive

This app works extremely well for setting up a workout and then implementing it at the gym I use it specifically for weight training which allows me to mark my sets with reps and weights I wish there was a way to bring over the last weight you used only BC sometimes I have to switch between workout days to figure out the last weight I used as I perform a lot of different activities There are a ton of different activities to choose from and adding my own is very simple                 Excellent workout app

My only complaint with this app is that when I add a new exercise I have to select either cardio OR strength This does not make it easy to add my interval training days when I do both unless I record every single move which is tedious at best Otherwise good app              Some exercises are BOTH cardio strength

Personally I preferred the old way of adding weights by increments because it allowed more space for bigger buttons The new number pad is difficult to hit the number you want and for some reason when you want to enter a zero it takes you back to the previous screen Ive had to revert from using the watch app the whole reason I bought this app back to entering on the phone Please switch back or give a preference option for to the old input method           New number pad harder to use
The iPhone app worked fairly well The only thing I didnt like was that it wouldnt automatically load previously stored data reps and weight The apple watch app is the worst Unless you want to double you time in the gym I wouldnt bother App crashes half the time after typing in data for a particular workout and doesnt store all the workouts you completed The timer also doesnt alert you when done Huge waist of time     A Huge Waist of Time

Ive been using Fitlist to track my lifts for Ice Cream Fitness and I find it to be very useful Its a very simple app and thats exactly what I was looking for Its very helpful to be able to track my progression from workout to workout                 Great for tracking lifts
