I was thrilled when I saw this app That is exactly what I told my husband already what we would need After downloading and signing up I wanted to try it right away I order dinner for 4 every single night and the selection on restaurants with delivery is small I had already at least 20 places in mind I wanted to use in the next days and weeks But we are only a few blocks out of the delivery zone I wrote a very nice message to their support team and explained my situation Nothing I got a cold answer that they are very strict about their delivery zone I will delete this app and never download it again I will wait till someone else comes out with a similar app If you serve a city and you advertise this city you shouldnt have it zoned Thats not fair I hope they dont succeed with their app Big disappointment I hope they dont succeed with this app
Hungry and drunk enough to use this app but the creators are not sensitive to duration of wait of hungry human Please reconsider when making new app Gave three stars because I am a considerate and karma believing human being Not impressed

After being drawn in by all the free delivery coupons I finally tried out Favor The experience was extremely poor Im deleting the app now and will never try it again One of the entrees was missing the remaining two items had been squashed to the point that the food was coming out of the containers not to mention cold and when I called in to support the person who answered the phone didnt care and didnt help I will not be ordering from Favor again and will be recommending my friends never try it Terrible experience cold food will not order again
The code provided on the coupons didnt work The replacement code sent by their useless customer service people didnt work I want my money back Coupon code scam
This is a fantastic app Easy to use and the price isnt all that bad when you consider the service you are getting Favor rules
They should stretch service to Westlake and Beecave Texas as people would pay extra for the service Oh well Very limited delivery area

This is an awesome app and it is very convenient Keep in mind that the runners are not magicians and if you order from a restaurant that normally has a long wait expect to wait as you would if you were going yourself It can get expensive but it is definitely worth it If you cant afford it DONT use it its as simple as that They are a business not a charity so expect to pay for more than just your food and dont complain too much when you have to Five stars Satisfied Customer

They literally deliver anything you can imagine within reason that is available locally Not just food like other delivery services So if youre in a pinch and running late for a meeting and you spilled coffee all over your tie they can deliver one to you in a snap Thats priceless if you ask me SPIDY5 gives 5 off
I live in Pinecrest a neighborhood in Miami which is one of the many places that are out of the citys delivery zone This desperately needs to expand because many people living in the South Miami area who are willing to use the app cannot Great concept but limited delivery
Favor is amazing I started using it to have ice and tacos delivered after long runs during marathon training Its been a staple in my life ever since Its always a flat delivery fee even if you order 100 worth of groceries The runners are super helpful You can text them to add or change your order and they keep you updated so youll know when to anticipate their arrival Such great service Id give it 6 stars if I could Favor is the BEST

I literally live RIGHT outside your delivery zone right near Lakewood just across Garland Rd do you realize how much business you are losing because you dont expand to the Forest Hills neighborhood We have almost as many families living here as Lakewood has and its ridiculous that I cant use your service to deliver food thats less than a mile down the road but youll deliver it to me if Im across the road EXPAND YOUR DELIVERY ZONE
The tip amount defaults to over 70 I always tip fairly but thats just ridiculous Better Be Paying Attention
I didnt realize how much I would end up using this service After being referred by a friend I decided to try it out by ordering some Little Deli pizza It got to my house faster than it would have taken me to drive up and get it myself and the person delivering it was super friendly and kept me updated the whole time Now I favor something 34 times a week and have even used it to have a forgotten item picked up from a friends and brought to my house Its not just for food delivery Sweet Service
Things I like about Favor Easy access to all the food Obvs Things I dont like about Favor 1 It doesnt give me a grand total for my order before I place the order 2 It makes me go back into the app after Ive already placed the order to confirm payment of it after the Favor runner has picked the food up Even though Ive already entered in my credit card information 3 It doesnt show reviews or ratings of any of the places your ordering from Its an easy to use app for food delivery but could use some improvements Seamless or Grubhub are superior apps Sadly they are not offered where I live now Ok could be better
I used to use Favor all the time I got a new phone number and could not update it on the app so I had to contact each driver to let them know what my was Finally a driver offered to help me fix it and said she took care of the update for me The next time I opened the app it said it needed to text me a verification code But I wasnt getting the text even though the on the screen was correct I have called Favor three times trying to get help with verifying my so I can use the app but every time they have literally told me they dont know what to do Needless to say I have not been able to use the app for months and at this point I am just going to use Postmates because the customer service is great Can no longer get the app to work

I needed to pick up lunch for a meeting and was swamped with a big project so I couldnt leave my desk A coworker suggested I use Favor Delivery Lunch was delivered to the office within 30 minutes without me having to stress out about timing Needless to say I will be using Favor for office deliveries from now on Very convenient and easy to use All transactions take place through the app all you need to do is enter a credit card BEST APP I EVER DISCOVERED
I feel the only thing bad about favor is that the price doubles from whats on your receipt but the people who work for favor have to get their profit too other than the price this is a great app to use for really fast delivery food Great
