Its as useless as 98 of the people you deal with at DTA Is there anyone or anything efficient in Boston Massachusetts so awful If it wasn t so SICKENINGLY EXPENSIVE to live here and it absolutely doesn t deserve to be theres ZERO redeeming qualities about this city state maybe so many wouldn t need help You have to grovel for scraps of food and they have just gotten worse about not sending necessary documents OR in a timely manner They talk to you like you are garbage don t help AT ALL On month 2 of 0 on EBT because they didn t send last page signature page with recertification docs To save any complications I wrote countless notes and signed dated 30 pages of documentation front back of every page they STILL shut me off now required MORE DOCUMENTATION all just sent in August too when SAME THING HAPPENED That time when I called I thankfully got 1 of the 2 of efficient helpful nice employees who saw all my signatures changed status from incomplete to all set Then after being told my documentation was incomplete seriously they sent the ONE PAGE OUT AND I FAXED IT BACK IMMEDIATELY no mention of app thru any of this THEN I Received 3 automated calls on various days saying it was my scheduled phone interview appointment I never received notifications The appointments were all me waiting forever someone from DTA FINALLY getting on phone they re rude short keep adding more stuff I need to send When I finally did get all 3 appointment letters they were ALL postmarked AFTER APPOINTMENT DATE I spent 25 faxing papers then FINALLY FOUND THIS APP ON MY OWN It only takes limited info but any money savings not faxing or time saving not going there is welcome Unfortunately the app is no good OR THE RECIPIENTS ARE SCREWING IT UP which is definitely a strong possibility Sent the exact and supposedly final documentation they requested via app so now up to almost 40 pages 2 months over them not mailing ONE PAGE even tho I was so clear so efficient in correcting their mistake STILL no results and I see today they denied me AGAIN Of course they re off today over some snow a ton of other people got to work today So now we have a trifecta of incompetence from this department shocker Horrible place horrible website horrible app     Coincidence althea72

I like the app and the features so far Since I haven t been able to travel much this has helped a lot However my biggest issue with the app is that it does not update in realtime I don t like the fact that when I use my card I have to wait days to have a updated balance verses seconds So if you work on any other features PLEASE work on a realtime balance feature             Great Start But Not there Yet RVXO

When it s accurate it is good But what s the point of checking in on your balance and having it be in accurate It s like going to your bank account and seeing wrong calculations I m deleting the app because is just wrong And the paper perks are boloney I give it to stars because there has been one time which it has verified my income to where I could take a snapshot of it anyway Hope they fix it         Inaccurate 411 Poor updates Sunshine. As of this morning I can t log in Tells me my info is incorrect When I logged in before it showed wrong info on the status of my case It said my case was pending but I called up and it is active     Inaccurate and can t log in Schoffend

This app is useless It does not have updated balances on it I thought it would be more convenient than calling my card however I checked one night and it said 160 which seemed right I got 200 in groceries and then had to cancel the entire order and someone had to put it all back because there wasn t 160 and I didn t have enough cash to cover it and wasn t about to sit and decide what I needed verses what didn t The app should have caught that Deleted it already PLEASE FIX THIS so the money updates immediately like it does when calling your card     Horrible Jenn1022
