This app is the key to cracking the code of how to bake a perfect pizza in the home oven Mark teaches pizza making workshops in NYC which I have had the privilege of attending and I always told him I wish I had a tiny Mark I could pull out of the cabinet whenever I needed help in the middle of a tricky dough stretch This app IS that tiny Mark Since my first class my pizzas have improved by leaps and yet this app still has new information Cant wait to fire up the oven again with DIY Pizza Pie by my side                 Perfect reference tool for the serious home pizza maker

I would enjoy this app even if the recipes and tips werent dead on Its a very funny romp through the art of pizza making But yes the recipes and tips are dead on Im a very good and accomplished baker but could never get pizza rightuntil now Thanks Mark                 Worth it for the read AND the feed

I am a graduate of Marks Pizza a Casa school I loved it One of the best parts of the class was learning to be more creative with toppings I can make a great crust and sauce but Im not very creative with ingredients This app is very nice but I wish it had a Recipes section full of creative ideaseg sliced pear with gorgonzola and drizzled with balsamic glazemmmm              Great App But Missing Recipes

I went to Pizza a Casa pizza school with colleagues and we had the time of our lives This app is a continuation of that fun Its really interesting and all the info is presented in a creative way And the dough recipe is hands down the best and it truly does work at home In any oven                 This app is almost as much fun as their class

Like previous reviewer noted audio does not work Definitely NOT worth the price if that is the case Would like my money back Good luck with that     No audio

OK this is a no brainer if you love pizza and you would like to understand excel and make excellent pizza in your own home this is a must have App Mark Bello not only knows pizza and the art of making it but he is an excellent instructor The App is full of hands on video clips that allow you to enter in to Marks school and they give you the visual understanding of what is being taught The cool thing is that I can pause the clip rewind it and watch it again if I need to On top of it all there are recipes resources and colorful illustrations that make this App cool to cruise around on Mark just makes learning fun and easy His recipes are simple and delicious and you can take this App follow its lead and start making New York or Italian style pizzas in your home in no time at all trust me For anyone who has been fortunate enough to actually attend Marks classes at Pizza a Casa in NYC like I have and if you can I highly recommend it this App is a fresh review and reminder of everything that was taught and more Well worth the price Buy it try it and have fun I did and Im not disappointed Tom Iannucci Kauai                 A must have DIY App for serious pizza lovers

I heard about this app a while ago on Wake up with Taylor show on Sirius radio Ive been meaning to download it but never got around to it Well I finally got around to it and boy am I glad I did I watched the videos ran to the store and got started I was so afraid of failing but my pizza turned out great I cant wait to try more things Im really a cheapskate so it was a stretch for me to shell out 999 but now Im actually going to save money by NOT buying substandard Pizzas at restaurants Im going to make my own I cant wait to have friends over for a pizza party Thanks for making this awesome app                 I feel like a Pro

The instructions and recipes in this app are outstanding The videos are very helpful and have used it often                 Great Instructions and Recipes

Ive tried many techniques and recipes for homemade pizza but this app is the best yet Its the closest Ive come to making pizza that truly looks and tastes like authentic NYC pizza Its fun and educational The only thing missing is the standard sheet of stepbystep instructions and measurements that come with all cooking manuals Preheat oven to 550 degrees mix the sauce set aside etc It may not seem like a big deal but when youre covered in flour working in a small hot kitchen its frustrating having to jump around the menus to piece together each step After Id watched all the videos and studied the techniques I ended up writing down each step on a notecard so it would be faster next time I recommend adding a simple one page guide in the next update of the app Other than that its amazing and Im so happy to know the secrets of creating great NYC style pizza Thanks guys              Excellent app with one major flaw
