With the iPhone 5S being announced this week this app isnt even close to being current Disappointing for the app to be so far behind the times     No iPhone 5 support

To whom it may concern I am writing this review to complain about the delayed release of this app for the iPhone 5 A big selling point of the brand new CLA 250 is its inclusion of a sophisticated interface between the iPhone and car It is even spelled out on the sales guide that as your fingers caress the stitching of the steering wheel your body and mind will connect with the car in a whole new way using an unparalleled experience of iPhone interfacing Ironically this is not available for my iPhone 5 and for the last 2 months Ive been told you are working full speed Now hold on here dont you think the sales market for this car targets a tech savy youth generation Didnt you have sales training meetings with dealership heads explaining the new techniques that will be used to sell this car to the youth market Well what member of the youth market would be purchasing this brand new car and still own a dated iPhone Especially an iPhone 4 that is now antiquated by 2 new generations Mercedes please review your iPhone software developers determination to completing this project and crack that whip Best Young Discouraged Purchaser     Hey how long have you been behind here

Crashes immediately 100 of time on my 4s Useless Buddy tried it on his 5 runs Needs landscape mode please Id pay for this if it ran had landscape     Crashes on launch

I was so excited to get this but after having it for 24 hours I am disappointed It costs a lot of money to get this Drive Kit installed a MB car and its just not worth it The navigation feature is ok The voice prompts do not pronounce the streets properly The only good thing about this is that 3D view looks good on the screen The google street view is awesome With that said I have yet to see how it works to reroute me around traffic To be honest I doubt it even works The music player is subpar at best For example there is a shuffle feature but regardless of whether it is turned on or not the music does not shuffle Even hitting the next button only moves you through the music in order There is no Siri integration with the maps Furthermore there is no browser as advertised Im hope MB fixes this app but right now its not great at all The social media functions are mediocre at best Most people will not use it Its difficult and honestly quite silly Why cant we view text messages A better feature would be to integrate a Browser eg Safari Chrome etc YELP and other apps like Pandora Soundcloud Apple Music Apples MAPS and Waze Also Siri should have control of everything It was bothersome having to enter each letter into the navigation For example I tried to use Siri to navigate to my home but the drive style app could not register it Its not as awesome as its made out to be MB I know you can do better     Needs a lot of work Waste of money

I had Drive Kit Plus installed on my 2014 SLK which is the supporting option needed to connect with this supporting iPhone App The Kit provides access to Facebook Google Twitter for those that need that in their car which is a good safety improvement over texting The Google Maps not Apple Maps implementation is perhaps one of the best and would be great for customers without COMAND which I have or Becker Nav I must say though that Drive Kit Plus is a huge disappointment when it comes to usability and integration with the rest of the vehicle Even I as someone that has spent 40 years in programminghardwaresupport and can generally be technically selfsufficient have found it difficult to use in almost every way It must be turned on in one of two notintuitive ways each time you turn on your vehicle and want to use the capabilities You must physically plugin your iPhone to an adapter installed into your glovebox no wireless to access any capabilities There are very significant limitations when Drive Kit Plus is turnedon either completely inhibiting use of standard audio sources such as AMFMSiriusCD and COMAND Nav or in the other mode limiting access to those sources only to volume changes while Drive Kit Plus is active ie no source or channel changes while the kit is active I cannot access iPhone music in one mode despite the manual suggesting its possible and the interface looking like it should be playing Internet streaming radio does work but not via services like Pandora The manual is very difficult to comprehend even the English version describes a c with a graphical box around it delete button to enable the Kit that does not exist in my US vehicle after lots of trialanderror I found the engineers really meant the CLR button next to the Command dial If you want to access Siri its only available once Drive Kit Plus is started and you then must take your eyes off the road to move your cursor using the Command dial over a small microphone icon at the top of the display There is no simple button or long push to access it eg on the steering wheel as other mfgr Siri Eyes Free implementations use Im very disappointed as the limitations and more complete implementation of this App with Drive Kit Plus are not described on this Apps Website nor anywhere else including my Dealer that had no information or experience with this Kit and this App until it was just installed in my SLK MercedesBenz has done an uncharacteristically poor job testing and designing how this App and Drive Kit Plus can and is really used by customers in their vehicles unlike nearly everything else Ive come to expect from this ageold company Drive Kit Plus simply feels like more of a skunkworks early implementation not something that is a premium 1200 parts labor option available from a premium luxury brand     Not ready for prime time

Just have drivekitplus installed it was the first one that my dealer installed It finally worked after the 3rd trips Siri did not work with the commands to play different songs although it worked with other commands Not sure why since it worked when iphone not connected to drivekitplus Might need software update It would be nice if I can import favorite locations from Garmin to drivekitplus but currently It is not possible           Plenty of room for improvement

Absolute rubbish Does not have maps for South Africa Pointless and useless     RUBBISH

my car has been in the dealer now for a week and they yet cant figured out how to get the kit to work Besides that I ordered the kit for the iPhone 56 plus and the kit received was the iPhone 44s So I dont have my car I spent over 100000 dollars on the kit plus the installation a kit for an older iPhone MB what kind Of rating can I give you guys on this product I would have given you no stars but I have to give at least give you one because this is not the mechanics fault it is a non comparable equipment which needs to be taken out of the market until the problem is fixed     slk350 iPhone kit installation

It stops working all the time very frustrating specially if you are in the middle of the road and the Map stop working Its unbelievable that Mercedes Benz uses such a bad app     Terrible app keeps crashing

This App is a total waste of money my car spent five weeks at the Mercedes dealer It keeps crashing Siri doesnt work half the time cant tell when someone sends me a text because the phone is in the glove box and I get no notification Wish I had never had this thing installed Mercedes is this the best you can do     Disappointed

100 regret getting the Drive Kit Plus installed in my car It hasnt been developed properly and was a huge waste of moneytime While the concept is is good it just doesnt seem to be created very well Once connected to Drive Style you can no longer access your phone or it will disconnect Phone has to remain plugged in No text message notifications You cannot even view text messages on Drive Kit screen Only available apps are Facebook Twitter and Aupeo Navigation constantly freezes Siri doesnt always work There is absolutely no correlation between Drive Style and standard Mercedes screen Etc etc etccomplete waste of money     Huge Disappointment

This app isnt working my new car needs major work I was excited to download the app but it turned out to be a flop Please fix     Needs work

The app works fine the maps are not great i think they should use the already integrated maps or google maps as they have more detail MB rd please keep updating the app to not make me feel guilty in spending this much money on this add on           MB RD please keep updating it
