I have never used some of the features to this app like self checkout I only use it to request holds and to extend my hold on items I have checked out I wish there was a way to go back to your search from your account For instance if you are looking for a musical artist who has multiple CDs then place one on hold you must return to the main menu and redo your search or press back 3 times I feel like this could be updated for a direct link Good but could be better
They need to update so you can see what items are being held Needs update
The app always used to work for me albeit slowly This new version does not allow me to login with my password nor does it remember it either their new mobile website on the other hand does work and allows my login in addition to being nicely laid out Please fix this app This version does not allow me to login
I like a lot about this app but there are multiple places where you have to enter your library card number and it doesnt always remember for instance I have to enter my account number both for the general library acct and also for the digital library acct You should be able to set this up once and have it be remembered throughout the app Needs better account settings
This could have been good but isnt I got it because the librarian said I could do self check out with it Well that didnt work It never scanned the bar code properly And shake to focus is one of the more bizarre UI ideas I have ever seen Then I decided to keep it so I could easily look up what I have checked out but it didnt remember my card number so I had to type it in again Forget that The website is better Deleted Missed opportunity
I like the idea of this app but it has a few odd problems Example I had a book on hold When I look at the app it indicates that my held item is ready to pick up but the hold expired date shows as the date I put it on hold So it appears as though my hold has already expired I have to go to the live website to see whats really going on Same with the detail for a book In the website I can look up a book and see exactly where it is checked out and where it is on the shelf The app doesnt show the detail so I still have to go to the website to get the info I need Decent but some quirks
Pretty good for the most part and does the job Alright
I keeping getting a timed out message when I use this When it was working fine I had replaced going to the website completely with using this app It would be nice to be able to get ebooks read full descriptions and pay fines Was great but now not working

Pleasantly surprised by the functionality of the app Able to search books put them on hold request e book downloads and even check books out by scanning them A bit cumbersome needing to input library card number in multiple places but overall Im impressed Overall impressed
This has been a very useful app but the new version does not remember my library card number Ive racked up fees because if it I was always using it to renew and place holds but now I always have to go and get my card so I put it off until later New version needs improvement
Love what this app can dohate that it cant be used all the time because it regularly times out LoveHate Relationship
