This app rocks Its really helping me improve my jump rope skills Ive been doing the Swift Set and the Double Under Domination Set routines I dont have the yellow rope for the Domination Set routine but I just substitute the red rope and I still get a killer workout I never used to want to change ropes a lot but I am feeling the difference and see the value of it after trying these different workouts The interface is great Its simple easy to use and has lots of variety It has voice cues to let you know whats coming next so you dont have to look at it while jumping Youll never get bored jumping rope again I love this app

I like the simplicity of this app tell it which ropes you have and it sets up intervals for you using those ropes You can use headphones and listen for the transitions I dont like the workouts where youre constantly changing ropes but some may like the variety Great ropes nice app
