Credit Union of Colorado Mobile Banking

This app does not allow you to transfer funds from one member to another only between your own account Other than that it is a decent app              Could Be Better

Has anyone experienced trying to log on and then a pop up message pops up saying that the certificate user of this app might be a fraud I got one and immediately exited out I loved this app but now Im scared to try logging on again        Fraud pop up message

Ive been waiting for this app for some time The app works great for the needs of any mobile device I especially enjoy the fact that you can graphically track each account Thanks a bunch Just another reason I say that I absolutely love this credit union                 I love it

Wont let me login I called support twice and they got me in only to have it kick me off again and lock me out     Frustrating

Chase bank has a feature where you can deposit you paychecks with your phone or ipad That would be a nice feature for the credit union           Needs a check deposit

It is nice that they have an app for the bank but it needs some updating 1 Now that they immediately deduct pending purchases they need to add a Pending transactions to the app 2 Update the app for the iPhone 5s screen 3 add the ability to deposit a check from phone           Needs to be updated

Im glad to have an app that within seconds I can have all my banking info                 Works Great

Glad to see CU of CO finally has an iPhone app Current version does everything I need although I would like to see an option to save your password so you dont have to enter it each time Also would like to see an option to set my accounts as the first thing I see when I start the app Besides those two things great app              A Good Start

I wish it would update and also let you see pending charges and actually show the available balance with those charges Sometimes we forget as humans what we have spent especially on the weekend and it doesnt update on the weekends or even at night           Good app but

I can log in on my desktop and laptop no problem I try to log in through this app and it tells me invalid credentials     Cant Even Log In

Although CUofCO is a good credit union this app is awful Aesthetically the app looks like it was created in the late 90s Of course it doesnt support iphone 5s longer screen Also there is no mobile check deposit which is a huge disappointment Good credit union horrible mobile banking     Old and outdated

The minute I launch the app I get program errors Cant move past them     Doesnt run at all

App doesnt even let me login Various error messages     Useless

This app competes right up there with large retail banks Has all the features you need and the ATMbranch locater is so handy Happy with the app and happy with the credit union                 Great App

I am unable to use the mobile check deposit and often times my account summary will not load the current month I am beyond displeased with this app     Not too pleased

Updates need to forwarn you what OS you need to be running before installing any new update I just lost my ability for mobile deposit I would not have allowed the update had I known that Of course you cant roll back To say Im mad is an understatement           Unhappy with mobile deposit

Ive been banking with Credit Union of Colorado for more than 25 years now I remember when it was still Colorado State Employees Credit Union and branches were few and far between and online banking let alone mobile banking were nothing but flights of fancy Okay enough showing my age lets get back to the 21st century and this app Ive been using it since its inception and yeah its not always been the most featurefilled app but it has always been reliable for me and it has certainly come a long way especially with the last 2 updates I love that it now shows pending transactions in the transaction history I havent used it yet but Im thrilled that transfers are no longer limited to my own accounts Member to member transfers are now offered I think this will be very useful as quite a few family members also bank with CUofCO But the apps newest feature that Im really excited about is Mobile Deposit Yay We are finally catching up with big banks like Chase when it comes to mobile features I no longer have to drive to my nearest ATM or CUofCO branch theyre one in the same to deposit a check I can do it from my CUofCO mobile app While Ive yet to test it it seems simple enough From within the app its just several clicks entering the dollar amount of the check being deposited snapping a photo of the front of the check and then one of the back likely followed by a click or two more and Wham bam thank you Maam that check has been deposited via Mobile Deposit and my sense of entitlement to instant gratification grows just a little bit more Sadly Im totally okay with that As long as the app works as it should Like I said Ive not had a chance to test it out yet but Im assuming its all going to be good So based on my long and satisfied history with CUofCO and their previous incarnation as CSECU Im going to assume that all of the features added in the Nov 25th I think update work the way they should and give them 4 Stars Id bump that up to 5 Stars if the app was more visually appealing I appreciate the app for what it does but Im a spoiled consumer I want both FORM and FUNCTION Sorry for such a long and rambling review but I dont bother writing them often Keep up the good work with the app I have always received exceptional customer service from Credit Union employees both in person and over the phone I expect the same excellent service from this app Oh and please seriously consider making it pretty I really do want both form AND function              CUofCO Mobile Banking App

The app shows me how much money I have great Id love it if we could have notifications for transactions though Would be really nice           Barely does whats its made for

App no longer works since the last update Requests email address mine is already registered and wont sign in     Now requires email address

The app needs lots of improvements and add more and new features like any other finance app 1show on credit card section when is the due date 2how much the minimum payment based on the balance the way the app it us right now is really bad and way outdate        Poor app

Really needed to use the Photo Deposit but it keeps crashing when taking the Photo To many attempts and now I am locked out Very Disapointing        Photo Deposit Crashes

I downloaded the app upon the recommendation of a teller at my local branch The app downloaded and opened quickly but thats where the positive points end No matter how I tried it wouldnt allow me to login to my account I double checked my credentials on my laptop and mobile web browser No luck Pretty disappointed     Dysfunctional from the start Immediately deleted

This certainly isnt the best mobile banking app out there but it has worked well enough for me Never had issues with it crashing and mobile deposit has been a great addition              Does the job

Im able to log in to my account with a web browser without any problems but I cant log in via this app I receive the helpful error userpass lockout Useless     Unable to use this app

Much like this credit unions lack of physical branches and inability to use debit card pin for purchases anywhere this app leaves a lot to be desired     Nothing but error messages
