Horrible customer service Within ten minutes of canceling because it did not fit my needs I received a phone call for one of the most arrogant and ignorant CSR people Ive ever encountered CSRs are to listen and understand the wants and needs of a customer in order to serve them better Not cut them off tell them what they think they need with no knowledge of the business talk down to them and scoff at them You know what they say about people who assume an that CSR was a big one and I do not need them making one out of my business Beware

So u thought this would be a good idea for my business Boy was I wrong After I realize that most customers pay by check I decided not to use the card reader and never activated it This company charged me 3590 regardless of use and then hit me with a 29500 cancelation fee Didnt even use the darn thing Must be nice to make money by taking advantage of others hard work Pressure washing company
