I had to get an upgrade on my phone since the equipment outside on the side of the house was very old and obsolete Now I cant check to see my call history on it which I constantly used so I could use my reverse telephone app What a bummer That always happens when you upgrade something Not much use now

I downloaded the app to make it easy to check and pay my bill I have never successfully paid my bill on it I have to go to my computer to pay every time for one reason or another Either the app wont load at all or it will give me an error processing my payment Then I go to the website and I am able to pay just fine It gave me no help when I tried to research new cable package options and even if I can get the app to do what I want it takes an ETERNITY to load This app is an absolute disaster and not worth anyones time For as much as I pay to Cox each month you think they could afford to develop a functional app Useless
