I do a lot of video stuff I bought this to see if I could speed up some of my conversions of MKV etc to AVI It says Rapid and High quality Conversion It s now 30X faster video is high quality with lossless conversion It s is none of these especially the image quality is not useable on my 27 inch iMac It s what I would expect of a free video converter in the app store horrible The product is not mentioned on the support website all there is is a email address Apple please remove this from my purchases How did this pass muster     Apple What a waste of time terrible SkipB007
