It weighs in at only 1.6 MB to download. The new Cartoon the World! app version 1.3 has been updated on 2014-11-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I have grown tired of In App purchases being Necessary to allow an app just to function and ad removal is especially bothersome BUT the efx are cool enough for me to recommend it to anyone who wants to combine various results by running the original creations you ve saved thru the app for a composite effect fun happy accidents do make for interesting efx Buy                     Nice EFX In App requires another app entirely barnettart
