Ive downloaded what seems like hundreds of different language learning apps and none of them are half as good as Byki Seriously addicting Ill sit with my iPad for hours at a time learning new word lists and revisiting old ones The only improvement that I would recommend making would be for the quizzes at the end of each lesson Instead of the super easy multiple choice questions I would much rather have the end quiz require you to type the correct answer or at least the option to have the quizzes this way Nothing tests your knowledge better Since the lists are so great at cementing the terms into your brain a typing exercise would be the cherry on top of the language cake Other than that I really couldnt be happier AMAZING app Cant believe its not more popular people are missing out Highly HIGHLY recommend Just amazing

Ummm how do you get a code Question

To get the code simply go to google and search byline online create account Click one of the first pages provided and follow their instructions Once u create an account and are logged in on the right side of the page it will say Byki Mobile Click that and it will give you the code Easy and just takes a few minutes Well worth it Answer

I have had 101 languages for px for years Make it accessible for us so we do not have to go on a computer on the iPhone or iPad Good program Make 101 languages you did for pc as a app

Awesome app for learning a new language to refresher for stuff you know Would recommend cumulative option for the quizzes so you can be quizzed on all the lessons youve already done Great way to learn

I really like this app But it keeps kicking me out and logging me off and then I can not sign back in unless I delete the app and reinstall it And there is no sound now on any of the languages This is super easy to use and an amazing tool but there are too many bugs for a better rating Good but lot of bugs

Mango languages no longer supports my library but you guys are just as good Keep up the good work Amazing

Its a great app maybe one of the best out there however I wish it had native iPad app instead of only iPhone app which you have to zoom in on Is there one coming If so I will give 5 stars Great But

I enjoy learning from this app I would like to see an option to listen to the audio when the screen locks This would allow me to listen and learn on my drive to work without having to worry about unlocking the screen as I drive because it turns off Nice app

First time users will have to click on the sign up now button to create an account But no button exist In order to get activation code Their website just gives you the run around 1 From your computer log into byki online for libraries Its doesnt list the link So annoying Unable to get activation code

Great app for learning a little or a lot of a language Many different methods for learning audio flashcard games etc keeps it interesting My only suggestion is to make the ESL options available for mobile To the person who cant log in theres no login link because every library that buys byki for their patrons has a different website Go to the same site you used to create your account On the top of the page AFTER you log in theres a button called go mobile Click on that it gives you the code to use byki on your phone Great app

I think it will be very helpful but I cant get the app to sync to my phones microphone or speakers so I cant hear the translations I can only see the cards I cant give it more stars until this is fixed Good idea poor execution

I go to log in to the app and it says I need to choose my native language And there is no place to choose I cant even get in to the app to try it Fix it Cant log in

I love this app for vocabulary and phrase acquisition The new feature that tracks which items are stale is outstanding I find myself refreshing stale items every time I launch the app Great drilling platform

Very efficient way to build vocabulary Remember you need the code from your employer or whoever to activate Great

Great overall but one big complaint they dont break down the alphabet for the language nor do the quizzes specify femininemasculine or formalinformal phrases The flashcards specify but the quizzes do not Kind of important I have a bit of an advantage with Italian from experience with the language and I know the pronunciation of the alphabet but I dont even know where to begin with Gaelic Would be really helpful even phonetic pronunciation of words spelled out would be helpful at least for me Great way to learn through repetition
