I just got done using this app today at Bush Gardens Its worth the download just to get a quick idea where you are but there are some bugs and areas that need attention for this to be really useful and replace a paper map At this point I couldnt recommend just trying this in the park Note I am running iOS 8 and didnt have any app crashing issues like other reviewers My pain points 1 During Christmas the maps handed out all show the holiday hills and Poinsettia Parkway The app doesnt reflect the Christmas Town layout There should have been an update so everything was on the app Otherwise we needed to pull out the paper map Fail 2 Show times in the app were showing me no showtimes when the paper map had them 3 The app kept timing out If we were in line and came off a ride Id have to go through the Tampa intro again The app should keep running in the background so you are not starting over 4 It would be really useful if there was a checkbox to mark off must see rides or things youve done 5 The GPS sometimes lagged We would be near Nairobi but because of the lag it looked like we were still on the pathway from Egypt This could lead you to turn the wrong way Not fun with cranky kids 6 The passport to fun was a joke We were trying to get all 20 and the kids were excited but we could never find the passport locations to check in We gave up after looking for three Since the app has GPS why doesnt the passport automatically apply if you have been on a ride shop That or the signs in the park need to be way bigger 7 What happened to the wait times For now we will stick with the paper map and try this after there are some updates It was just such a challenge to match the app to the paper mapholiday events        Ok but has some bugs

This has to be one of the worst user experiences ever It refuses to save passwords or simple allow you to stay logged in The most useful features access to season pass and payment options are buried and impossible to get to when youre in a rush at the checkout register Overall its very slow loading please optimize Also if you want any serious adoption of this app you should really consider free parkwide wifi access like Disney World does     Fix this

They had an opportunity and blew it No waiting times for rides The payment option requires you to login every time you want to pay Cant buy tickets in app without printing out or having shipped to you The app is more about letting you know what ships are nearby where you can spend money Not worth the trouble to download     Dont Waste Your Time

The wait time function is the main reason I downloaded this app and does not work at allthe app showed a wait time of 15 min and when getting to the ride the real wait time was 80 min That pattern stayed the same for all reported wait times they were wildly under reported Tried to refresh the info by getting in and out of the app etc but made no difference     Wait times wildly off

Sure the wait times dont work but I never use that anyway This app removes the need for physical passes to get in the park All you need is your phone For me thats worth four stars If youre a local youll love this app              Great App

This app is not functional for anything other than telling you park hours You wait and wait to purchase tickets never did load of course neither did the official website therefore I had to pay extra for parking which of course wasnt refunded when I got to the park Dont bother downloading this app and good luck with their website too     Should be 0 stars

This app used to be close to the actual wait times but today they stayed the same all day Even when rides were closed for weather it showed the same wait time which may never have actually matched the real time In desperate need of an update or some attention to uploading wait times to be more accurate     Wait times do not update

I like the idea behind this app and the ability to add your familys annual passes to it so that you dont have to carry around the physical passes Unfortunately the app is so poorly written that it doesnt actually save that setting So if you log out or if it happens to time out during the middle of your visit like it did for me youre stuck without working passes        Good idea poorly executed

Camera with the BG frame doesnt work Disappointing Could have been free advertising for BG when people post their pix online Good idea so how hard can it be for their IT people to fix that        Photo framing doesnt work

No wait times for rides but they mentioned that I could check out the sky ride Pity that has been closed for months They should be embarrassed     Sad sad app

The wait times in this app are completely wrong for Tampa I found 15 minute waits to actually be 65 minutes and rides that are closed will show 0 minutes I will usually weigh different features and not slam a product on one of many features but I feel like the negative impact of the misinformation given for wait times merits it     Incorrect wait times

In addition to not being able to link my annual pass to the app as the description promotes I found the map feature totally useless The map appears as an unreadable sliver while the rest of the screen is filled with suggestions of whats near your current location Thats NOT helpful when youre trying to figure out the fastest way to meet your family in Nairobi     What map

This app would get a solid 5 stars if it would make allow my passes to be loaded to the passbook app on my iPhone 6 plus Until then its a 2        No passbook

Its useful in some ways Definitely helped us get around the park The car finder was a good tool as well One recommendation wed like to see would be if you could include current wait times for individual ridesattractions listed with them           Good App

I used car finder Saved my location Went to find my car but it showed where I was in the park Walking paths were off I finally started using google maps     What a disaster

Ride times are inaccurate design is difficult to navigate at times especially the map           Meh

LOVED this app This a GREAT app It was so useful from finding our car in the parking lot to finding rides with the interactive map it made our lives that much easier                 This is a MUST HAVE

Ive had this app for a few years and it use to work But now that I am trying to add my new passes it doesnt work at all Will not take them when I try to load on to the app Ive called busch gardens and they was NO help at all     Doesnt work

I dont know what everyone is complaining about everything for me works fine and its helpful having everything on my phone now with the quick queues and waits time are little off but i know they only update every half hour Needs a little work but so helpful                 Works great for me

I got this app so I could see what the wait time is were before going to the park However apparently the wait times do not work in less you are actually in the park As many other reviews have said dont waste your time with this pile of crap     No Wait Times

When I saw the low rating and bad reviews I was a bit worried about trying this app Im planning to go to the park in 2 weeks I cant see the wait times yet since it says its only available at the park So for now I only use it to see the rides and plan what to do at the park For those who complain about the size of the map To me it seems fine First it show some suggestions but if you double tap the map it will show the whole map and you can even zoom by double tapping or using to fingers I enjoy this app now and hope Ill also enjoy it at the park              Good app

I was able to add my passes to passbook once when I had my iPhone 5 Seems it wont do it again for the iPhone 6 I can login on the app to see my passes all other features work great If a steady garden goer you will probably enjoy the wait time feature also the ability to pay for things within the app        Still not able to add to passbook

Just did a download and nothingit doesnt workat least it was freeREVISEDit seems that tapping the blank screen makes it workdont think this as good as the old BG app              Ok

The only reasons I would use this app are for wait times and a good map The park map is only 15 of my screen Worthless     Useless

Attempted to use the app in the park on Nov 22 and couldnt even load the app Crashes as soon as I attempt to use it It was fine until the most recent update     Crashes

Sea world Busch gardens specifically advertises this at the parks and on their websites as containing up to the minute wait times Unfortunately it does not have this function Decent enough map if you already generally know your way around     No wait times

I found the app great for me needs I was able to search through everything in the park easily There was even a way to save the location of where I parked my car I also really liked that the app gave a walking route from my current location to wherever I was heading and the walking time The only thing I did not enjoy about the app is that there is no direct wat to get a full screen view of the park map The only way to do this is by clicking on specific rides to view them on a larger map Overall I really enjoyed the app and found it helpful              Helpful app

Times on rides are normally not correct or just say closed No option for finding park exit Passbook or trying to scan the tickets on the app its self doesnt work either        Few bugs

I installed this app to help my family navigate the wait times at the park Lets just say it used to do that for us with no problem Now you have to physically be in the park to view the wait times AND most of the wait times are wrong shows a shorter wait time than actual or just plain does not show it at all I dont need all the other stuff this app does Someone please fix this or create a different app that provides accurate wait times without having to physically be in the park     Can I give 0 stars Terrible

Everytime i try to register my pass it denies my zipcode i try all different ones and it never works it also deletes my pass too not worth the hassle        Stupid
