This app is absolutely useless When you log in it should have all your info and reservations available I rent from Budget every other week and love the people cars prices etc They need to revamp this app to make it useful     Why have an app

So let me get this right I have a profile I dont log into the profile its always open Because its open I have to STILL have my reservation number to manage a reservation Isnt the whole point of creating an app to make things easier I should only have to log into my profile and manage my reservation without knowing the number because IT SHOULD BE IN THERE Whoever created this app is clearly overpaid     Terrible App

I got the app in the hopes I wouldnt have to keep entering my confirmation numbers but I do For me the point is to save all my reservations right in my phone But otherwise app seems fine to boom with           Doesnt save reservation info

I like the app but it is missing a key feature In managing my reservations I would like to see a list of upcoming reservations and not have to enter a confirmation number Other app like Delta and Marriott show my future reservstions           Nice start

This app makes me want to never use budget again It wont store any data upcoming reservations or anything Pointless Save space on your phone     Can I give this negative stars

When I click on the nearest rental location near me using my zip code entry it gives me a list of places that are familiar and are however near me Butwhen I click on an entry it tells me that this particular place is actually a state across from me Which is completely unhelpful It either gets the address completely wrong or when I click on a nearby budget rental it usually says some errorwhich does not allow me to follow thru on renting a carwhich is the purpose of the appI thought        Not happy with it at all

App is of little value outside making a simple reservation Horrible UX and no functionality outside of that     Get it together budget

Cheap wrapper around some web pages Please make a native app     No good

This app may be ok for making a new reservation but it is useless if you are expecting it to keep information about an existing reservation or the one you just made Every time you open the app it wants you to enter your Confirmation Number I tried this app for 2 days then flushed it     Forget It

When choosing a location I get an error message stating that the location is not open during the hours I have selected This message contains the hours of operation for the selected location However the times I have chosen are within those times     Needs to be updated

I make a reservation via this app in advance and when it is time to look up the reservation info I have to enter my confirmation number Tell me why isnt this information stored in the app     Poorly Executed app

Duh     With zero stars for existing reservations

Even though it logs me in to my rapid rez account it does not show upcoming reservations without me having to enter my confirmation number Totally defeats the purpose of having an app Will delete this app soon if improvements are not made Not sure why I am writing this review After reading other reviews I can see the same complaint being made for the past two years It appears the leadership at Budget could care less what would help the customer Update after updating the app Budget just gave it a fresh look but did not fix the lack of functionality I am deleting this app as I can do what I need on the website I travel for business a lot 20 times per year and will likely stick with those companies that make my travel easier Hertz     Needs Improvment

Every time I rent with Budget I try the app again Usually just want to view my reservation Never can     Unusable app

Not easy to make view modify and cancel reservations Impossible to check my Fastbreak status Probably wont use the app to make reservations in the future     Needs A LOT of Work

What is the point of this app I should be able to login and see my reservations But no you have to enter your reservation number every time Shouldnt it be able to pull from my fast real number Its easier to just go to the website This app blows     Useless

I installed this app on my last business trip Frankly its almost useless you cant see reservations without the original confirmation code if I had that who needs an application you have to enter rapid Rez code my expedia app remembers my budget number contacts customer service simply dials the phone number Seriously this is the most unhelpful app Ive ever downloaded other than a few basic weather apps that are out there     Not Helpful

I have tried 11 times over the past 3 days to log into my RapidRez account and every time I get an error cant connect to the network I know its not my phone because I tried other apps to make sure Im able to sign on to my account at budgetcom so I know its not an account issue Lots of potential once functionality is fixed        Amazing design BUT

Every location reports as closed regardless of what hours you put in for pickup or drop off Useless app at this point     Doesnt work

This app might be useful for making new reservations on the go but I downloaded it for an upcoming trip so I could pull up my reservation and confirmation without having to dig through emails You can log in to the app with your profile but to manage existing reservations you still have to enter the confirmation number And if you close the app you have to do it all over again So Im not really sure how useful this app will be while traveling     Not great for existing reservations

The app is designed for you to be able to easily make a reservation but theres no way to save that reservation So you continually have to reenter your info confirmation number etc There seems to have been no thought in providing any convenience other than making a reservation        Its the little things

The fact that you have to put in a confirmation number to pull up a reservation that is tied to your account is stupid to begin with but also the case on their worthless web site Doesnt really matter though because the lookup function in the app just plain doesnt work     Worthless

Even after logging in it does not find the reservation Useless because you still have to look for email with reservation ID     Key feature missing

Worked great until a month ago now I cant get it to do anything No matter what I do I get a network error I havent been able to use the app to get a reservation for three consecutive trips This app now goes in the trash Maybe Hertz works better     Unfunctional

I agree with other reviews not worth downloading Cant access existing reservation without the confirmation I can remember my login info but not conf I will delete it as soon as Im done with this review     Useless

Website gives a pay now price that is typically at least a 1520 savings The app quotes the full counter price Boo Also if you are searching for locations near a state border it will not return results in neighboring states Examplesearch Cincinnati and it will not find the airport unless you use the airport code Room for improvement is evident     Higher rental prices with app than on their website

Old app was great New app doesnt recognize my login and tells me that my confirmation is not valid Cmon man     Underwhelmed

I always use Budget The app makes it so much easier as if it was difficult Love the new look Never had any issues with the last version                 Great App

To require a mobile user to enter an eleven digit confirmation number to view an existing reservation is ludicrous Every time And there appears to be nowhere to view a listing of existing reservations        Such potential

Why in the world would the developer think I would have my confirmation number available to look at my upcoming reservations Thats why I have the app If I log onto the Budget web site I can see all my future and past reservations Why cant the app do the same Poor design and clearly no customer testing prior to release Waste of time     Poorly conceived app of little use

Ive never bothered to review an app before but this thing is such a lemon that I have to take the time to say Save yourself some frustration dont bother just go on to the web browser and use that This app cant do basic things like move from field to field without hanging up and requiring a reset Good luck renting a car     Budget Rental AppThumbs Down

Who on earth would write a car rental app that requires a confirmation number to view reservations when one is in the app What idiot thought of this     Utterly useless

Terrible app Once you are logged in you should not have to enter the confirmation code for manage reservation option You should be able to see your reservations Now I have to look for the code If I have it then I should have my rental reservation but I dont hence logging in to see it What a waste of time           Bad app

Annoying You have to enter your rapidRez number every time you reserve a car I just entered three reservations in a row all while still being signed in and still had to enter it I gave up and went back to my corp website and it remembers everything Too bad for them because I get the exact same rates but now they have to pay a third party This may sound trivial to some but now you have to remember your user name password and RapidRez        Maybe after some more work

Pathetic If I have to have my conformation number to see my reservation what good is this app I really dont understand how a large company such as this can publish an app this bad Do we have to spell out the simplest design needs for you Well here goes Retrieve and display my reservations from my Rapid Rez number stored in my profile Now that wasnt hard was it Seriously Updated 82815 new version Are you serious So now you store confirmation number of last reservation made with the app I rarely make my own reservations My assistant does this for me Should show all reservations make for the stored rapid rez number What is wrong with you people 1 star 0 if I could     PATHETIC Cant remember your reservation Well THIS APP CANT EITHER

I logged in to view my existing reservation and had to input my confirmation each time It should already have that stored since it is logged in to my RapidRewards        Doesnt load existing reservations

Reserve a car with this app still need to enter in the confirmation number to manage it Every Single Time I was also hoping you could get your Fastbreak number through the app but they hide it In fact they hide so much everything is just a bunch of everywhere Thats not a sign of good security practices Its a sign that they dont know how to protect information properly on the back end and they inconvenience the user instead     Haha What a joke

So I can store my RapidRez number in Passbook It such an easy thing for developers to add     Please add Passbook support

What good is the app if it doesnt save the reservation You have to enter the reservation number to retrieve it Should be able to sign in and see all your reservations It is not helpful to have to find your reservation number THEN use this app        Major fault

Doesnt work in my area Just when I needed a reliable app     Disappointment
