They don t commit to their delivery times App allows you to order an item pay for it and then you get a call saying item not in stock and promise delivery in 5 days On 4th day they call and say to wait a week Obviously app has a major BUG and call reps have no clue how to delight their customer Never again will use blink I had no choice but to pick a star Otherwise I would have chosen a black hole     Lousy app terrible service ManagerIT

The app is great and use it all the time but i wish that if you put somthing in the cart it would stay there until you decide to remove it instead of it automatically removing it from the cart also i think refresh buttons should be there for eg when checking on your orders on order history you have to go back to the profile menue and go back to order history to check ut overall the app is great although wish the changes happen                 Great although adjustments needed Rashid almalood
