The Search options are not very user friendly Often times I will put in all of the parameters I want and the search will come up with no results even though I know there are some based on looking with the same parameters earlier Its also difficult to search for a specific address when my husband has found a listing he likes and tells me to take a look at it But once you get through the Search issues it is a nice app for searching listings Search features not optimal
