This app couldnt be better really I was able to assist in the arrest of a bicycle thief with it                 Amazingly well designed

Meaning they ALMOST have this app right Picture capability doesnt work Keeps relaunching app Cant save Schedule FAVORITES so you must reenter destinations every time              Almost

Well I tried to report an incident but the app asks which train Im onhow should I know what line it is I only know where I got on and where Im getting off It asks for the car number but thats above the door at the end of the car and I cant see it because there are standing passengers in the way Not very useful in my opinion b           Good idea but

This will come in very handy Wish Id had this the day 2 young adults were sitting on the train smoking pot with an ecig The car wreaked of it                 Long overdue app

Havent needed to use it to calltext BART PD yet but love that it includes onetouch links to the BART mobile website and the system map Also great the way the Alerts are set up              Great

Made several attempts to report crimes in progress and other issues Officers did not respond to any reports Dispatchers will not allow you to report crime anonymously despite the apps description claiming you may     Useless

Unable to reply to Bart texts after reporting incidents Fix that and you have yourself a nice app           Bug cant reply to texts

Every Bart rider must have this app Please optimize it for iPhone 6 6                 Must have

Crashes repeatedly on iOS8 and iPhone 5S           crashes often

Only weird thing is specifying the train line ie if you boarded a Richmond train at Ashby theres no way to know whether that train came from Fremont or Millbrae One confusing little bump in an otherwise really nice and easytouse process                 Surprisingly well made

Badly needed app If every Bart rider had this app we could put these thugs behind bars I commend the folks that came up with this app and the entire Bart police force                 A must for safety

Its great that we can report things but this app is onerous to us Have your software dev folks heard of UAT Try using the app Ill use itbetter than getting up to use the intercombut not much     App needs work

I was skeptical when I saw the placard for this app all over the BART cars Totally wrong Downloaded it the next day when some jerk took up two spots in the way too crowded lot Take a pic send a message pick a category And they actually responded And thanked me for helping Sure enough when I look on my way home theres a ticket for the jerk waiting on his twospot taking car A great use of technology that actually works Well done I cant wait to use it more                 Finally Sweet justice app

Im actually surprised how thought out this app seems I thought BART was also cause but this initiate actually seems like it could make a difference It takes everyones participation so hope to see it utilized by passengers                 Smart and safe app

I love this app it makes me feel like Bart is a safer place for everybody because I can report a crime without putting myself in danger of retaliation or harm The officers in charge of reviewing complaints and reports are proactive and things get handled in reasonable time                 Safer bart for everyone

I reported disruptive behavior music too loud even provided the car with the description of the culprits Two black riders male and female playing music very loudly on this train 1882 Pittsburg towards east bay Female has blond hair Male has camo print jacket Theyre yelling and trying to get other riders attention BART police showed up to the door of the car at west oakland but didnt even come inside much less to the center of the train where the culprits had seen them approach and turned the music off mumbling about having a warrant Then the officers walked away and our train zoomed off the music returning to its loud volume I asked why they didnt even come in the train Their response The music was turned down so if the crime is not happening in front of the officer a citizen needs to point out the suspect and no one came forward to the officer about the complaint if you want to come forward you need to make yourself known to the officer so you can show them exactly who is the culprit especially with such a crowded train they looked and listened and the sound was not an issue So Im supposed to yell from the center of the train HEY IM THE ONE WHO CALLED ITS THESE BLACK PEOPLE RIGHT HERE and hope they dont beat me up the next night I ride home What is the point of texting you privately or anonymously Note that this was the first time I submitted a report nonanonymously for whatever good it did me In other words if theres more required information to have a situation dealt with properly add that to the form you make me fill out Things like Suspect description age race gender clothing Location in car Car Are you afraid of revealing yourself publicly to identify the suspect This app is a total waste BART cops do nothing even when you take every measure to be thorough Nobody cares about your safety on BART     BART does not care about your safety or anonymity

A saw a crime in progress and used the app right away I gave all the appropriate info car number person description description of stolen items There was no reply from the app and I watched for 40 minutes all the way from Pleasanton to San Francisco the perpetrator just sit there Police never came Very disappointing     Using app caused criminal to get away

This is a great start to use the eyes and ears of BART riders to assist with keeping the system safe However it needs more categories to report issues including 1 Minor crimes such as eating and drinking on trains 2 BART personnel reports such as a driver that doesnt even look before allowing train doors to close or station attendants that are too busy taking with their friends to help riders 3 Housekeeping issues BART has become increasingly unruly and dirty over the years That leads to higher crime studies have shown Add these categories to allow riders to report these items and have them routed to the appropriate departments and perhaps we will see the downward trend reverse              Great start but

This app is helpful but a bit buggy When I reported an incident and tried to reply to BARTs response I had to call because the app wouldnt let me add text              A bit buggy

I would like to see this app updated to be compatible with the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screen     Needs another update

Ive used this app and within two stops the BART police officer boarded the train and kicked off the people that were breaking rules I recommend it to all my friends that use BART                 Great App Needs More Awareness

I like the idea of this app I like the fact that they built in a mechanism to send a test report that gets ignored One flaw is that if you make a report from a train it requires you to identify the line you are on But it is virtually impossible to know which Richmond line I am on I only know Im going to Richmond Must have been designed by someone who has never actually ridden BART And there is no way to complain about issues with the app except here              Good app odd flaws
