we used a few of the Mumbai tours quality of the content is good and its really handy to have on your phone allowed us to go to the sites that interested us and at our own pace note check to see if youve downloaded all the content and paid where nec before heading out Will use again worth it for the price convenience
What a disaster of an app First it took a full day to unlock the audio modules on my ipad after I paid and even then it wouldnt unlock on other devices on the same account so we couldnt access them from our iphones Second despite an excellent wifi connection in our hotel in Agra we were not able to download the JodhpurJaisalmer and Ranthambore modules though I tried many times over three days Other modules downloaded but those half of what I wanted never did Third there is no way of getting to a help desk as far as my husband and I can tell We looked all over and if you cant make this system work youre stuck I paid for two weeks of service and unlimited modules and got almost nothing for my money That said the Red Fort audiotour which we bought at the site since the app wouldnt unlock it despite our payment was well done It was entertaining enough that even my 8yearold listened to most segments and enjoyed them The Taj one wasnt nearly as well done and the kids tuned out after a few segments Indiantraveller
