I m not sure why this app hasn t had any reviews so far I found it while searching for an app to help me track my hunger This app actually calculates when you should eat based on what you ve recently eaten and how much weight you want to lose each week I ve been able to help myself reset my expectations about how much food my body needs and when If Appetimer says I can t eat yet but I m already hungry I really pause and try to figure out why Thus I can make better choices It has taken me a few trials to get the use of the app right But because I use MyFitnessPal as my food journal I can sync the data with the Health app which also syncs with Appetimer in a matter of seconds Using these two apps together with fidelity I ve jump started the long journey to my goal weight losing 3 5 lbs in about ten days Some suggestions for future versions I do not understand the number on the home page kcal 1000 The help pages do not explain what this number is Can we have the option of push reminders for when it is time to eat I m still not sure how long a session should be By day 5 I was being told Time to Eat all the time Does this mean I could have eaten more to maintain my rate of weight loss Or that I need to start a new session Overall though I would like to see this app get more attention so I can find out from others if it is working for them too                 Keeps you focused good results so far Neysa99
