Pilots do not wast your money This app is useless for us because 1 It does not use the gps to report the winds aloft at your location 2 The useless search engine does not recognize airport indentifiers not even large airports like KDFW I was hoping to use this in flight to give me some idea of the winds at my altitude to know if a climb or decent would benefit me For this purpose the app is useless Useless for pilots
Ive been looking forward to something like this for months happy that someone had the tech knowhow to get it done and do a great job at that Everything is streamlined and hands off Enable your GPS and the app will basically do everything for you Once you tap on your nearest reference point the app will automatically give you the wind speeds and even the directions relative to the direction your facing Glad to purchase from a fellow diver and redditor Wouldnt change much Everything is streamlined and user friendly Would be interesting to have a very similar simple weather feature that fits on the same screen then you would be a one stop shop JUST WHAT IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR
I downloaded this app thinking it would help me spin winds for my mission planning 95 of the airports I search for dont pull up even the relatively large airports Not many airports
