I am a property manager I have tried endlessly to contact Customer service and I can not I can not reset my password or log in The message I receive stats not allowed I purchased 10 reports I have used 3 of the 10 however the app claims I have 2 left It is clear on reports that only 3 have been used The reports are not emailing or allowing the report to be sent via drop box I need to print these reports for the files here and email to owner and tenants for their records I thought out of all inspection app this one was the best one but I was wrong I hope the developer sees this review and contacts me so I can retrieve my reports Nothing seems to work when I try to reach customer service If this app would have better service and work properly it would be a good app     Do not get this app No support when you need it Sarreola
