The current app version 1.0 has been released on 2014-11-25. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Its not working I keep going on and it jus keeps on having and orange screen then back to home screen Idk

The app crashes every time I attempt to open it I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it does not help I have yet to view the app properly Please fix this then I will update my rating Wont open
I want a tracking app to see the patterns of in attention instead this is a pediatric assessment tool so you can take questionnaire answers to doctor Requires dob and other personal info to be entered Not as expected

The app does not calculate the scores properly which could lead to mistskes in assessment The summary at the end totals the two middle responses instead of the two highest occasionally should not be included and the always is left out It adds number of responses with 2 or 3 but on the scale given it should be 3 or 4 2 or 3 works on a 03 scale but you made a 14 scale Great idea needs work
I agree with previous comments It needs to be reprogrammed to score these followup Vanderbilt questionnaires properly It assigns 1 to never instead if a 0 and so on and since only scoring is reported it makes symptoms look worse than they are DO NOT USE until this is fixed Once it is it will be useful for followup care for ADHD patients Faulty scoring
This app is not accurate The scoring system is from 0 to 4 However this app uses 1 to 4 Will over diagnose ADHD Faulty app
