App doesnt work with the new websitesoftware UPDATE     Doesnt work

Every time I use this app I have to login Makes me not bother with it Fix     Constant log out

Just says I have the wrong apartment number I think I know where I live     Doesnt work

there is no maintenance option     no maintenance

I have been used to Nextdoorcom before I moved into an apartment This app by comparison is in need of a LOT of improvement For a start trying to limit messages to 200 letters is a joke There is not even a counter so you end up guessing trial and error to trim to 200 Please remove the cap Sometimes it is impossible to enter a message inside this silly limit This is NOT Twitter Also it is really irritating to get emails with the badges How to stop this There is nothing other than language settings and logout capability in settings No Autofill on log in with iOS Also no evidence of any security with setting up autopay REALLY Truly horrid     Needs a lot of improvement

I love that it makes communication easy Maintenance requests can be submitted anytime anywhere                 Love it

Worst app ever should be updated or taken out of the App Store Before being unable to log in it crashed all the time     Terrible

I was happy to see there is an active building app I understand this is an app in progress but to release it as incomplete as this one is is embarrassing at the least Where is the maintenance tool At least provide what is described        Huh

Awful awful awful It never remembers my login credentials and have to reenter everything every time I come back to the app Frustrating experience     Shameful user experience

Thank for it Add the option to pay rent through this app and I will give 5 stars              Great app

Active building has so many cool features on the website The app cant do anything except check packages and look at the feed If residents could pay their rent submit service requests check their balance and communicate with us and others then this app would be great but right now its pretty useless     This app needs more

The old app at least worked This one logs me out pretty much every day Having to log in over and over is a serious inconvenience The old version before the UI update didnt do this If you include new lines in a message it will not display them after you post it This is also really inconvenient The selectselectpaste menu also doesnt work at all on any of the text inputs These problems pretty much render the app such a pain to use that I dont want to use it Will update review if I see changes        Constant logouts broken formatting

When this app did work it had lackluster performance It crashed fairly consistently on trying to submit maintenance requests Now with the update to the web service for my building this application does not work at all anymore Thats frankly a terrible customer experience     Disappointing release

Im a UDR customer and this is the worst app Ive seen in a while When you attempt to see your payments it wont scroll so you only see a few lines not all of the detail Deleted the App went back to using the web One other thing it dies a lot when switching functions     Poor App dont waste your time
