This app has slowly increasingly fallen apart to the point of being useless I ve tried for a long time to find the perfect app for my office setup I thought this was the one Initially it was but the heavier I tried to use it I discovered it wasn t up to the task My lists became out of order some lists merged but I did nothing to cause it Data wouldn t xfer that after doing so just fine in the beginning The calendar displayed the date everyday then just suddenly stops changing from one day to the next unless I open the app     I really wanted it to work Pastureprchr

I love how this app syncs ALL of my calendars connected to my iPhone including google calendar with my iPhone reminders Everything I need to do for my entire day is one place whether it s a scheduled appointment or task to complete and I don t have to switch back and forth between different apps to see everything That extremely helpful Turning to do lists or tasks into scheduled appointments or deadlines is pretty easy The ability to make separate projects layers of tasks keeps things very organized and accessible Things that would make this app even better would be the ability to create lists in a notes section that are separate from tasks to complete or things to get done and pc version that syncs as well so I don t have to get my phone when I m working on the computer Overall very pleased with this app Compared with all of the other To Do apps and I ve tried A LOT this one is by far the better choice because of the calendar sync option and way lower price                 Great app to help me remember appointments AND to do tasks HeddaB

After looking through dozens of todo apps I finally found a task app that works The key feature the ability to create a new calendar appointment from a task just by dragging the task to the calendar Incredibly helpful It also has these useful features sub tasks up to 5 layers sync with Toodledo and Reminders tags for delegating tasks to others many ways of sorting tasks without losing the manual sort order I highly recommend this app                     Best todo app bd in dc

I highly recommend this hybrid task planner calendar app which manages to do everything so seamlessly it is indeed a feat Kudos to the programmers I m happy and relieved to have found an organizational planning application that is so beautifully put together and just makes sense from a functional stand point I ve tried upwards of 15 or so heavy duty Task and or Calendar apps This particular one is the unicorn app I thought I d never find The program does so many things so very well I also praise the variety of calendar sync options seems to be a rarity these days Also I don t think I recall an app with such speedy menu movements and an intuitive interface that just FLOWS along Finally IMO this app breaks new ground with it s brilliant interface the economy of motion needed to carry out different commands feels very natural the number of taps is kept to a minimum some clever ideas borrowed from other great apps here as well as some original surprises This app took a LOT of ingenuity programing beta testing and refining IMO this application is probably the BEST all around advanced planning program at the app store A big thanks goes out to the developers As a reply to growling grasshopper s comment Action Agenda was a front running planning application back in 2012 The developers have since spent countless additional hours responding to customer feedback and refining the design At minimum I think we can agree that this app s design surpasses both the brevity and faulty grammar of your review On the bright side at least we are in 50 agreement I concur the app is indeed pretty Yet please offer specifics on where the app did not work for you The app has worked for me just fine for months Remember when in doubt read or reread the directions This app has some depth to it It may be that this app is simply too involved for your needs Fine But it certainly doesn t deserve a one star rating                     Wow brilliant UI lightning fast entry comprehensive approach Jonny0007

This App has surpassed my original expectations for it I just wanted an app that could show my calendar events and to do items together But it does that and a lot more It has a lot of great ways to help you organize what you need to do The weather feature is handy I also really like that it can sync with reminders and iCal so you can see you days events and to do items on the notification center and have Siri add events and to dos                     It s the Ultimate Life Organizer annoyed1334244

I d been using the Lite version for a few weeks and really liked it once I figured out most the features Having the Tags is awesome and makes life easier than just working with Context I m familiar with the GTD methodology which makes the App easier to understand Not knowing GTD would make it more challenging to understand and not completely intuitive I like how it seamlessly it interacts with IOS 6 Reminders and Calendar Would be nice if Someday it would interact with Evernote for to get to specific data tied to projects reminders or calendar events Overall the App is very good The App was so good I decided to buy it This is where I almost lost it When I opened the Full Version it looked good on the surface until I saw that my Contexts and Tags were gone and all my Filters were reset to their defaults After settling down I saw that the Lite Version was not overwritten I opened it and saw everything intact I found a Transfer button that actually says Transfer Data to Full Version Once I did that I found everything OK in the Full Version EXCEPT my Filters which were reset to the Default Filters requiring me to go back through everything to get it where I want it Not efficient Addendum My Tags and my Contexts were transferred but it removed the Tags and Contexts from all my items I have to go back in and re apply them             Very good and recommend it with strong caveats Paragraphmeister

I m a mother of 4 I work full time go to school full time and one of my children is disabled so allll together I have a ton of to do s appts ect always on the go always busy n it never fails at the end if the day I d done forgot something from a appt to a item at the store to the card for a ill friend always something This app is AWESOME allows me to put it all in one place gives me reminders ect I love it I do wish I could color code it though but still love love love it has realllly helped me keep it all together thank you                     Love it Littlefoot591

I needed a color coded calendar that I could writes to dos on and this isn t it When I have a long list of things to do it only shows 6 in calendar view The tabs in the to do list section don t meet my needs Tag Context I don t even know what that means so a portion of the to do section isn t used On top of all that I can t color code the calendar Overall the list section is over thought and the calendar is too simplistic Bummer     Not The One Canavah

This is an awesome app I looked at several different calendars and downloaded a couple I was ready to trade my iPhone back for a droid until I found this calendar I have a professional practice and needed a great calendar with a really good monthly view This calendar had all those things When I thought I found a glitch I got an immediate personal response to debug I give this 5 stars                     Best calendar for iphone Eppy1

After trying out about a dozen to do list planner apps I have settled on this one and I love it I create projects then set up tasks subtasks so it s easy to see what s next and put things in rational order I really love the use of contexts too so easy to just hit errands when I m headed home from work and get a quick check on whether I need to stop off anywhere I love that you can make a quick checklist or work on a big detailed project with equal ease I mostly use the calendar just to track task scheduling and the drag n drop is great If you re looking for a good way to handle GTD project management I d recommend this one it s the best I ve found yet by far                     Full featured yet easy to understand pixellava

I bought this app thinking it would be the solution to my search for the perfect calendar and task integration app sadly it is not While it makes huge improvements on some other apps it lacks the ability to view the calendar in month day week views and instead gives the user a complicated mini month and mini week compacted into one It also only allows for sub taks in projects and it has a complicated method of seeing a task s context and tags I think of the developer s would fix these it would be a wonderful app It needs minor improvements to be a great app             Could use some work ladyloveandlaughter
