Fix this app What used to be something that I used daily now is a waste of space on my screen Until u guys can get it updated and useful with the IOS 6 update And no customer wants to hear that ur too busy with a merger to even bother being able to give us an expected fix date when we call Fix it

Its not the iOS 6 update that messed it up its the fact that American bank just had a huge update to their site and needed a new app to support it But it doesnt which is very frustrating considering many people use it to check balances and make transfers between accounts Needs an update quickly to fix this problem Needs Update
After iOS 6 it wont open Try SUPPORT link on reviews page and it wont work either Guess since theyve merged with another group of banks they dont care about their customers any longer Even customer service in their branches wont help even trying to report the app issue They look at you as a sign and nothing more I could get that from Chase or Bank of America At least their apps still work and you can get support APP WONT OPEN

Would have thought with all the bad reviews since the merger and new iOS6 you would have at least sent an email to your customers with an apology and eta for repairs Must be time for a new bank Still not fixed

Initially would not login over wifi Enabled mobile access and check deposit through website but still cannot deposit checks Also to be charged 050 per mobile deposit is totally unreasonable Slow mobile deposit doesnt work 050 per deposit

I LOVED this bank felt it was the best bank Ive ever had until this nightmarish merger Between deposits now taking a whole day to post no transfers after 4 this circle jerk of a mobile app and being on hold forever when I call in because they seem to now have a call center instead of dealing with my local folks it has become extremely difficult to run my 3 businesses while still banking with them This awful new app was the icing on the cake Think Ill head to Grand Time to switch banks

This is a great app and I love that I can see my account information right at my finger tips I see other bank apps have the Touch ID login rather than typing in your password or face recognition Those would be fun added features for this app The other thing I would really like is if this bank would allow us to apple pay with our debit cards Other than that great app I love this But
The app worked great before the new IOS update Went to app support and the page couldnt be found I rely a lot on this app to keep me up to date and now cant get into it Very irritating Irritated

Downloaded it today with low expectations after reading the reviews but it works fine on my phone 3GS iOS 51 I feel its better than previous versions that didnt always work and came up with small text I got tired of it and deleted it months ago So far so good
