WorldCard Contacts – THE Contact Organization and Business Card Management Tool!

It seems to work just about the same as the contact app that came with my iTouch with the exception of add a blurry picture of the business card It also has trouble entering the phone numbers correctly Its a handsome looking app but seems to be almost the same as the one that I had already A bit over priced for an almost copycat that dont work exactly right           Well

First off the colors go great with it and the ability to keep countless cards on hand are excellent Items that need an update are A way to integrate the voicemail function with the app rather than having to switch to the default phone app Optimize the photos that are used in the default contact app to this app and vise versa The photos are always out of focus and have to be redone on this app A way to integrate the calls made from the default phone to show on this apps call log may be excessive but it does help from switching back and forth Stop the function of reverting back to the default phone app once you complete a call using this app Another button that will allow facetime rather than using the default phone app to establish facetime Adding another note function to keep track of by date to help remember past conversation This will help remember items discussed by date when calling Change the name on the app Currently it says Worldtacts something better to help promote the app Adding a function to the favorites to allow quick text web page look up etc for each individual contact rather than having to look up the favorite person again Adding a function when processing the card images to allow a sliding brightness bar In some occasion when using the auto brightness it will white wash the card completely Adding a call log time and date for each individual phone call rather than showing the last call time and how many calls you made to that person Adding a missed call list rather than checking the default phone app                 Extreamly useful but needs an update

Very nice its the best option for business cards Only one problem the main need is to find a business card however the company name can not be viewed in full on your list due to the contacts name on the same viewing line We need the company in full view in the list and the contact as a 2nd For most sales persons this is big After all the app is for company business cards that also has the contact info and not a contact list that also has the company Over all its a very good app              Best app for cards

Im so angry at myself I ALWAYS read reviews before i buy an app and I didnt this time and mine doesnt work either Takes what feels like ten minutes before even half the cards load up Its crazy I even deleted and re installed it a few times Ugh It just doesnt work     Housewife

I just would like this ap to frame the business card correctly Since it is a business card ap youd think the frame size when you go to take a picture of the card would be the right size Its not so you get a lot of the background which can be eliminated making the card easier to read but you have to edit crop each corner of each card individually Other than that the cards are readable especially if you do go to the trouble of cropping each one I dont have it paired with the mobil ap and I still like this ap Two other features that would immediately improve it would be including the flash on the iphone and when the card has a back side being able to flip it over swiping on the iphone from top to bottom for instance would be nice           Business card size

I bought this app with hope of bring able to store my business contacts separately from my personal ones But this app just keeps force closing Dont waste you money until a new update comes out that fixes bugs     App DOESNT WORK I5

Overall this is a cool program except that and dont work if embedded in a dialing string for quick dial manual dial ok Since being able to dial every digit or symbol is so fundamental for a phone app and the problem has been reported so long ago I cant give it anything higher than 1 star     and dont work if embedded in a dialing string

I really had high hopes for this after reading about it and not being able to find Cardscan for iPhone app anywhere So I loaded WorldCard Contacts for 299 and WorldCard Mobile for free to try it out and planned to buy the paid version if it worked I opened WorldCard contacts clicked on the settings then it froze in the settings It wont respond to my touch on anything I completely close the app and reopen it and its still stuck on the frozen page My other complaint is that I loaded this thinking it was completely separate from my iphone contacts I wanted business contacts to be in an app and my personal contacts to stay separate in my iphone contacts As soon as I opened WorldCard Contacts it showed all of my personal contacts in the app The notice says iPhone Contacts will be added a reference string in the note field please dont remove it you can add your note after it How about making this an option to accept or decline I dont want you to add my iPhone contacts Can I remove this without removing them from my phone I cant seem to find that option To give this a fair chance I deleted WorldCard Contacts from my phone and then reinstalled it This time it seems to be ok ie not freezing up but still not seeing any option to NOT import my iPhone contacts Waste of 299 for me        Crashed on first touch imports iPhone contacts with no option to change that

This is a shell on top of the iPhone Contacts I wanted a contacts app separate from my iPhone so I deleted the contacts that it automatically imported without asking and now ALL of my contacts are gone EVERYWHERE Feels like a Trojan app     IT DELETED MY CONTACTS

I just payed 2 now it wont even open the app     Its crap

It would be MUCH more useful if you could edit the lables on phone numbers so you could label numbers more correctly For example i would like to have 1 contact card per family and list everyones phone numbers individually but with the list of uneditable phone number labels i cant do that and be able to distinguish between them This would be such an easy fix and would improve this apps usefulness enormously Please change this Good app though        A good App but

Bought this app to help organize contactsbusiness cards While it is a big imporvement over the default iPhone contacts app the picture quality when using the iPhone for the business cards is lousy so much so that you cannot really read the card Since that was the whole point in my purchasing this app taking pics of cards with the phone right when I get them as opposed to scanning them and syncing with my computer later I can only give it 2 stars Its really not the app developers fault but something to know incase you plan to use it the way I was hoping to        OK app

From the same developer I already have and enjoy world cards World contact does not add any noteworthy value over that one or the built in iPhone contact app Just made some things more complicated and slowed me down Deleted it and now Im left with changes to all my other contacts which got a string inserted in the notes This is not clean and quality design and coding     Bought it Deleted it

Ive been looking for an Outlook replacement a visual contact mgmt tool I just came from an HTC Touchpad Pro and between its native contacts and Outlook they provided very intuitive way of dealing with a lot of contacts This app has most of the good things I miss plus the business cards support doublesided even and some nice features for adjusting the cards can have both a card and a picture or logo image The sorting and display and display order is not as good as it should like company name and contact name and you cant specify a file as for your contact One big pain is how after a call it ends up back in the native phone app instead of returning back to where you were in this app This has caused me to accidentally dialed a wrong person from the Recents list because the 2 apps maintain separate lists of Recents and Favorites I love the visual favorites tiled with picture name and contact type Overall I gave 4 stars because of the few issues and annoyances However this is a great app that I have not found anywhere else in the app store and for the price its even more a reason to have this              Nice features

I learned this the hard way there was a button that said create virtual address book I didnt know what that did so since this is the way I tend to learn things I clicked it It created a little pretentd business card for every one of my 300 contacts which I didnt want only want to track business cards that I scan So since there was no undo button I selected the cards and hit delete BIG mistake It went ahead and erased all 300 of my address book contacts And since I sync with gmail they proceeded to disappear from every device I own simultaneously as well as from my gmail account In a panic I went to the apple store and they were able to get them back for me but holy cow did that scare me by the way if this ever happens to you gmail has a restore contacts function for just this sort of disaster Discovered that on my own after apple had me wipe the phone and restore to a previous sync oh well So even though this was total user error and I admit it I still give this app a 3 because they should at least warn you Also I really dont like having it connected with my address book at all These are business cards that I collect and dont want to waste the space to keep track of otherwise theyre not that important I want them to be separate from my other contacts           CAREFUL deleting cards actually deletes the contacts
