I work at an elementary school and am also a mom I am constantly looking for new learning apps for my kids and for the kids at school I work in all grades Kindergarten through sixth grade and one thing I see everyday is kids working on iPads and computers The teachers love letting the kids use technology to learn but sometimes it is hard to find the right program I love the way that each category is broken down so you can just have them work on specific things My daughter just started to learn how to tell time in 1st grade and I love that I can turn on splash math and have her learn she is really getting it I have used many different categories and so far we have had great success I look forward to having her do Splash Math for years to com Love it

Great tool for teaching math The pacing is pretty good too I bought full suite and found it to be a great investment so we could do 123 segments each day Perfect for kids

This app is a great tool but he free version only lets you answer 10 questions a day I think it is incredibly expensive to buy Profiles to continue in the app It has helped my daughter and I like the reports it emails Great App

My 4yo loves this game I bought the 1st grade version because she is ahead in math but she cannot read yet It works great for her We only dislike one feature and that is the constant rewards They interrupt her flow and she has a hard time navigating away from them back to the game itself Then again we are not much of a screen family and other children may have no problems with that Great game

My son has fallen behind in math at school and I selected this app to try to get him to practice more He was resisting me with regular flashcards I have to say the graphics are very cute and colorful My son loved the rewards that you get for practicingplayingI had to make him stop playing so we can move on to other things but this is working for us and Im glad because I really dont want him to lose confidence in his math ability this early in the game first grade just so you know the math is consistent with what they are getting in schools so its a good reinforcement Had to make him stop playing

I dont loaded the free version of this app and my son loved it so much he begged for the purchased version He still asks to play it daily This program is a great addition to the book he is using for our homeschool math program Hes kind of a weekly kid and will barely sit still for five minutes to do a worksheet but he will sit for 30 minutes and do math on this app My son is excited

I originally bought this app for my oldest daughter who was struggling with her 1st grade math She loves playing the games and it makes learning fun and engaging She is now caught up with her class YEAH My youngest daughter is also using this app At first it was just play but now she is doing the 2nd grade addition and subtraction on her own She is Kindergarten It is nice to be able to sit with the girls and teach them that math can be fun and this app helps do that Thanks AWESOME TOOL

I love this app Each grade is a full year of math topics so its a super fun way to practice math It can be played while not online so its great for car trips The weekly emails keep me informed of my kids progress problem areas so I know where to help Easy for me fun for my kids Winwin Full curriculum

This is a great app and worth the 40 for 5 grades and 2 elementary students Love not dragging around huge workbooks as most schoolwork is becoming digital anyway Great math app

Love this app My daughter really enjoys playing the subtraction games She loves the graphics and it keeps her entertained while learning Shes currently in kindergarten and this is a great way to keep her motivated to learn her math facts She cant wait to finish more problems so she can earn more sea characters Cant wait to keep moving up in levels as she progresses Fun app

Splash math is a great app that has helped my son tremendously with counting on The practice in school just isnt enough He loves earning the coins and prizes for the fish tank and jungle I love that the app has multiple visuals for practicing these concepts We are only just beginning but I can already see and better understanding in him Its made homework much easier Thank you Splash Math Fun and engaging

Nice graphics cute sounds the rewards are coming too soon It is difficult to stop the kids playing them and return to the test This is my only concern I wish I could reduce the time for rewards or have them after finish the whole test Great math application

My daughter is in Kindergarten and at her school they do 1st grade math She wasnt quite up to par on her math so they put her in a middle math class I downloaded splash math to help her be where i knew she could be She is now moved up to the 1st grade math class Yea for splash math Amazing

My kids loved the free version so I purchased the all grade level family version for 4999 and it did not download My account was charged Over 72 hours later no response from the company Dont buy the upgrade poor customer service

The ap said free but we got less than 5 minutes of play before the screen came up to purchase the full version Promoting it as free is incredibly deceptive So glad I had to enter my email address before my daughter could do anything Now Im going to be bombarded with emails from a nap we will never use Free

She loves math anyway but she is not a fan of doing extra worksheets at home She can be on this app for ten minutes and get quality review on math concepts and facts Im so glad we found this and it will grow with her for years to come My daughter loves it

We have suddenly developed a major problem with the program closing each and every time we open it It will not open longer than a second and then closes This is on the iPad Problems have started

My son is 7 and autistic and thanks to common core math is very difficult for him Splash math has been a huge help to try and help him build up some of the basic skills that hes having trouble with at school He doesnt view it as a chore or more work and actually finds it fun I initially had the free version and he got very upset when he could only do ten problems and then wouldnt let him do anymore Needless to say it wasnt more than two days before I purchased the full version Love it

We bought the full access and now the program wont open I tried to sign in through the second grade app but it wouldnt recognize my purchase of the full library Doesnt open anymore

App has started crashing today I select the level and the fish begins to swim for the level to load and then the entire app shuts down Crashing

My first grade daughter LOVES this app She did not like math before but plays this game every night before bed The questions are great some easy some more difficult She loves the prizes she earns Tech support was WONDERFUL I had a problem with the app on my phone but they helped me with the problem within 5 minutes by calling me Totally recommend Totally worth it

Just paid 10 for this app and the immediate next step asked me for my email address which does not allow me to type in Keyboard doesnt pop up Before this there wasnt an obvious way to fix my kiddos info she accidentally entered the wrong grade Bug

My 7 year old son has been lagging a little behind in his class on Rocket Math so we were looking for a fun way to help him practice Now he wants to play Splash Math all the time It keeps him engaged and helps him focus on improving his skills while having fun I would highly recommend it for your child too Great Purchase

This app is wonderful to use as a supplement for any current math program I am both a teacher and a parent My daughter uses it and loves it even though she is not a math fan Great app

First this is by far the most expensive app I have ever purchased I upgraded to all grade levels for my daughters to work on So 25I would expect a lot from it Overall someone put a lot into making this pedagogically sound and as a learning tool I think it emphasizes concepts and memorizing But the earlier additions were amazingly unstable Even now with the updates stability is not perfect it still crashes a decent amount loses sound occasionally and has even told my daughter than 4X10 was not equal to 40 Overall my daughters love playing it and I think they get something out of it But for this kind of money I expect no glaring flaws Good idea for learningbut
